1. Scope and Application
This Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for BreathLogix devices, Breath Collection Units and accessories, and consumables purchased directly from Cannabix Technologies Inc. (“Cannabix”, “we”). This Policy is intended primarily for commercial and enterprise customers. Where a transaction qualifies as a consumer transaction under applicable law, statutory consumer protection rights.
2. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting support. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund and Returns Policy. Custom or special‑order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
3. Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Credit Only)
We do not offer cash refunds for change‑of‑mind returns. At our discretion, we may accept a return for store credit only when the item is returned in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery, except where applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method.
A restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the credit. Original shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable. The restocking fee will not apply where a refund is required by law.
Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tamper‑evident seals intact. Devices must not show signs of installation, mounting, or wear.
Due to hygiene, safety, and chain-of-custody considerations, consumables are non‑returnable for change of mind under any circumstances (see Section 5).
4. Faulty / Defective Products/ Exclusions / Returns and Service

5. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are non‑returnable for change of mind under any circumstances, and may not be returned if opened/used:
- Consumables (including Breath Kits, straws, printer paper, and BreathLogix Cartridges (BR‑LGX‑C))
- Custom or special‑order items built to your specifications
- Software licenses, activation keys, and downloadable or per‑seat subscriptions
- Any item damaged through misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification/repair, or not returned in original condition
Note: Faulty consumables will be replaced or credited as required by law when the fault is verified.
6. Data & Security Reminder
Customer remains responsible for safeguarding any data stored on the Device prior to shipment. Cannabix is not responsible for any loss of data, configuration settings, or software stored on a Device returned for service. Customers should follow the data handling guidance set out in the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy.
